Hardcore Mass Link-Redirection Tactic
This is pretty hardcore BH and you can give it numerous twists, again, let your imagination run with it.
The idea is to create a fake tiny-url site – that obviously looks legit! See below.
The fake tiny-url site is based on Wordpress, so install WP and add the theme and plugin below.
First, let’s cover the user interface then explain how to use it..

1. IP: Your IP so you can test the spider/bot redirection.
2. Active: Plugin active – yes or no.
3. Update Settings: Save IP and Active settings.
4. Post URL: This is the URL you promote on forums/social network site, etc.
5. Human Redirection URL: The URL humans are redirected to.
6. Spider Redirection URL: The URL spiders are redirected to.
7. Save Human and Spider URLs: After setting the URLs where humans/spiders are redirected to, they can be saved by clicking this button.
Set the permalinks to something like: /%postname%/
Now, how to use it. Create a few virtually empty posts with short titles, like:
my dating life
save the environment
health supplements
etc
If you link-spam forums/bookmarking sites/social networking sites/etc, when one of your links (eg. mytinyurlsite.com/my-dating-life/) is clicked, the plugin decides if it’s a human or bot. If it’s a human, the plugin can send them to a specific URL, and if it’s a spider they can be sent to a different URL.
So what’s the point? Well, you can easily use this tactic to link-spam your pages on parasite hosts (like Hub pages, Squidoo lenses, etc). Only the spiders will be redirected to your parasite pages while humans can be sent to a harmless Wiki page.
Also, imagine using Xrumer to spam several million links that point to a Wiki page, and when the dust dies down, drive the traffic from the links to an incentive page instead of Wiki.
The plugin uses the browser useragent for distinguishing between humans and spiders. However, the version we have in WPBlackhat uses a IPs – plus we share more ideas on how to use this! (If you haven’t joined yet, time to get in before we become full!)

Now that is genius – Evil, genius.
Hi, this sounds cool but I didn’t understand why it helps with link-spamming. Is it the fact that it hides the spider link from the human eye ? I thought that automatic tools I used to remove the spam links so these tools will probably “see” the actual link that the robot sees. What am missing here ?
OK great. I must be an idiot. So how does this help? The humans go to Wikipedia and the spiders go to my website? Maybe an example would help. Thanks.
@Eyal: For SEO purposes, it’s where the spiders go (not the humans) that counts.
@Chris: Let’s say you have a porn site or similar(hard to get links to). If you drop comments on do follow blogs, obviously they will get deleted. However, if the links are CLOAKED, bloggers will not know that you are promoting a porn site or similar website. Once you understand it’s link cloaking, you’ll grasp it, hopefully.
yes blogger will not know once it cloaked. But if the webmaster manually click on the hyerlink, they will still know it a porn site. correct me if i m wrong.
OK, got it now. Thanks.
@vince: Nope! Only SE spiders are taken to the porn site.
So the unsuspecting webmaster now has a link on his site that could cause some (seo,pr,etc) damage to his site?
I would not like this to happen to my site. Am I barking up the wrong tree here?
@Ngahiwi: Perhaps the right tree, but don’t believe the ‘bad neighborhood’ myths.
That is a cool service, have you tried the gocodes plugin for wordpress..? It is very similar back makes all links within your site url like – http://www.yoursite.com/go/whatevercode
It is really good for affiliate links..
This does look pretty killer. Besides the fact that you could (hypothetically) put porn links in there, I see the biggest benefit to it with the absolute control you have. If you have a site get banned, you just change the redirect somewhere else…no “wasted” links or link juice sitting somewhere, pointing to a site you don’t care about anymore. With that being said, what (if any) are the DIS-adavantages of using this approach with a link to a tinyurl clone vs. linking directly to a site? Why would you ever link directly to site again? There has to be some shortcoming(s) to this approach
No THAT is thinking outside the box
BRILIANT !
That’s brilliant.
As a result of doing that, we’ll have a lot of incoming links to the fake tiny-url website, which will redirect the search bots to our target site.
In your experience does Google give credit to our target site for it ? or to the tiny-url site ?
Does it actually help your target site ranking ?
Let me understand this . . . So basically once your BH site has accumulated enough incoming links, you will slowly start to throw away and delete all those WH redirects that were redirecting humans to Wiki. . . . and Hallelujah ! The hidden BH pages that have been hiding beneath will quickly come to the surface one by one, and Humans will Now NO Longer see the wiki page or be redirected to the wiki page. Now humans will also start to see the BH pages because you will have removed the redirects to wiki once u’ve gained enough incoming links.
guys … this is pure magic !
