Link Building Tools and Domains Chats

In the last week we had two online chats inside WPBlackhat:

As usual the chats were really good – informative, insightful, and to-the-point.

In the link-building-tools chat we mainly discussed Xrumer, Link Farm Evolution, comment spammers, SEO Link Pro and similar tools. I explained the best way I’ve found to use these and showed an example of getting a hub page to rank number one for a keyword and also get some page rank too – using automated tools! I also emphasized the importance of building your own empire of free-hosted blogs, getting them page rank and how to use them for your money sites.

The domains chat was excellent too, and the follow up questions on the forum were detailed. I explained the problem with new domains is that they have no trust in Google’s eyes, and because they have no trust they don’t rank well. I demonstrated one of the best ways to get domain trust pretty quickly so new domains can start to rank well. Interestingly, I asked members whether they thought quality links or domain age was most important for trust. What do you think? The answer may surprise you!

We also talked about expired domains and the three things to consider when buying them. Finally, aged domains (aged sites really) was discussed and I told a story about one team guys buying tons of old sites and how they cashed in on them.

Our next chat is on Monday, the last one before the new-year. The chat is about  pre-selling – the MOST important skill any online marketer can learn. Unmissable!
